How do I calculate how much flooring I need to order?
Measure the length and width of your room to get the total square footage, then add a 10% waste factor for cutting and fitting. For diagonal installations, we recommend adding 15%.
What is the standard shipping time for flooring orders?
Most in-stock items are delivered within 7 to 14 business days. You will receive a tracking number and a call from the freight carrier to schedule a delivery window.
Do I need to acclimate my hardwood flooring before installation?
Yes, hardwood and bamboo flooring must acclimate to the environment of the installation site for at least 3 to 7 days to prevent warping or gapping after installation.
What is your return policy for unused boxes?
We accept returns on unopened, resalable boxes within 90 days of purchase. Please note that a 20% restocking fee may apply, and custom orders are non-refundable.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Yes, we partner with independent, licensed, and insured professional installers to ensure your new floors are laid perfectly and backed by our installation warranty.
Can I install laminate or vinyl flooring over radiant heating?
Many of our laminate and luxury vinyl products are compatible with radiant heat systems. Always check the specific product specifications and use the recommended underlayment.
