At Lumber Liquidators, we want you to be completely satisfied with your flooring purchase. If your product is damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 90-day return policy on all unopened, resalable flooring cases and accessories.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased within the last 90 days. Please note that clearance items and custom orders are final sale.

  Locate Your Receipt

  Find your original sales receipt or order confirmation email. This documentation is required to process any refund to your original payment method.

  Visit Your Local Store

  Bring your unused merchandise to any Lumber Liquidators location. For online orders, you may also contact our customer care team to arrange for freight return shipping at your expense.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in resalable condition, your refund will be processed minus any applicable restocking fees.
